At Odomix, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy explains how and when you can cancel your order, the exceptions involved, and the process for refunds.

1. Eligibility for Cancellation

You may request an order cancellation if:

  • The order has not yet been shipped
  • The item is not a custom-made or special-order product

Note:

  • Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must follow our Returns & Refunds Policy
  • Custom-made or special-order items are not eligible for cancellation due to the personalized nature of the product

2. How to Cancel an Order

To request a cancellation:

  1. Email us at support@odomix.com with your order number and a request to cancel
  2. Our team will confirm the status of your order
  3. If the order has not yet shipped, we will approve the cancellation and initiate a refund

3. Refund for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days
  • Shipping fees will be refunded only if the order has not yet shipped

If your order has already shipped:


4. Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale:

  • Cannot be canceled
  • Are not eligible for return or refund
  • Are clearly labeled as such on the product page and checkout

5. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive:

  • An incorrect item, or
  • A shipment with missing items,

Please contact us at support@odomix.com within 30 days of delivery.

We will offer one of the following solutions, based on your preference and availability:

  • Ship the correct or missing item at no additional cost, or
  • Issue a partial or full refund
