1. Eligibility for Cancellation
You may request an order cancellation if:
- The order has not yet been shipped
- The item is not a custom-made or special-order product
Note:
- Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must follow our Returns & Refunds Policy
- Custom-made or special-order items are not eligible for cancellation due to the personalized nature of the product
2. How to Cancel an Order
To request a cancellation:
- Email us at support@odomix.com with your order number and a request to cancel
- Our team will confirm the status of your order
- If the order has not yet shipped, we will approve the cancellation and initiate a refund
3. Refund for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved:
- A full refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days
- Shipping fees will be refunded only if the order has not yet shipped
If your order has already shipped:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you must follow the Returns & Refunds Policy to proceed
4. Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale:
- Cannot be canceled
- Are not eligible for return or refund
- Are clearly labeled as such on the product page and checkout
5. Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive:
- An incorrect item, or
- A shipment with missing items,
Please contact us at support@odomix.com within 30 days of delivery.
We will offer one of the following solutions, based on your preference and availability:
- Ship the correct or missing item at no additional cost, or
- Issue a partial or full refund
