To qualify for a return:

- Items must include original packaging, tags, and any included accessories

- Gift cards or free promotional items
- Items that are used, damaged, or worn (not caused by shipping)
4. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:

- Our support team will respond with return instructions and the appropriate return address
- Pack the item securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping service
Important:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product
